Using the Shopping Cart

Janesko.com uses a shopping a cart to make it easier for you to purchase merchandise on-line. While browsing through the merchandise pages, to add an item to your shopping cart, simply click on the Purchase button:

Some items can be autographed by Janesko for an additional fee. For each of these items, a pair of radio buttons will allow you to choose whether you would like your item signed. Simply click on the white circle in front of the option you choose. The radio buttons look like this:

When submitting your order, there is also a comments section in which you can specify any personalized note or dedication for signed merchandise. To see what you have placed in your cart, or when you are ready to purchase the items that you have placed in your cart, simply click on the Shopping Cart button at the top of the page.

When viewing your shopping cart, you can change the quantity of the items you wish to purchase, or remove an item from your cart. Items in your shopping cart that are not purchased will automatically be deleted from your cart in about a day.

Payment Methods

Paying by check or money order: Simply print the invoice generated by the shopping cart, fill in the shipping information, and send along with your payment to Janesko Fine Art at the address below.

Paying by credit card: Janesko Fine Art accepts MasterCard, Visa and American Express. You have two options for paying by credit card. First, you may submit your credit card information along with your order via our secure server transaction. Should you have any reservations about submitting your credit card information online, you may also call the toll free Janesko Order Line at 877.332.8989 and leave your card number and expiration date after submitting your order.

Shipping Costs

Orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx. Orders sent to P.O. Boxes must be shipped by U.S. Mail. Priority Mail, UPS Ground and FedEx 2 Day are only available to residents of the continental United States. Orders shipped outside of the continental U.S. are sent by U.S. Mail. Shipping costs are determined as shown in the following table:

Sales Tax

Orders shipped within Kansas will be charged 8.925% sales tax.
